  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?
    We understand that sometimes an item just isn't quite right for your space. You can apply for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your order being delivered provided the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Please note exchanges and refunds are not available for sale items; full priced items discounted by a promotion or discount code are eligible for exchange or refund. Please reach out to hello@elnaandavil-living.com to apply for an exchange or refund.
  • Can I return products that have been washed?
    Unfortunately not. We can't accept change of mind returns on items that have been used or washed. However we would still like to help any way we can. Email us at hello@elnaandavil-living.com
  • Is it free to return an item?
    Yes, for unused and unwashed items we will provide free return postage. Simply reach out to us via email to initiate your return and we will send through a return label. Print out the label and drop it off at your post office . If it's a hassle to print the label, AusPost can print it for you, just show the label on your phone at the post office.
  • How long will it take for my exchange or refund to be processed?
    After your items arrive at our warehouse, we will review each item to make sure it meets our returns policy of unused and in it's original condition. Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days after reaching our warehouse. Please let us know if you require your Exchange earlier than this and we can organise this for you.   • Can I choose between an exchange or refund?
    Absolutely! When emailing the team please specify whether you are after an exchange or refund.
  • How long will it take to dispatch my order?
    Each product is carefully handmade by the Elna & Avil team and whilst we do carry stock on hand, there may be times where your product is made upon order. We endeavour to dispatch orders within three business days of purchase, however this timeframe may differ for larger order. If your order is urgent, please contact the team via chat or at hello@elnaandavil-living.com prior to ordering to ensure we can fulfil your order in the required timeframe.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $100.
  • Who will deliver my order?
    Domestic: For standard delivery to most metro locations and some rural locations, Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please will deliver your order. For express delivery or delivery to most rural locations, Australia Post will deliver your order. International: International orders will be delivered by Australia Post delivery partners.
  • Can I change my delivery details after placing an order?
    If your order has not yet dispatched, please email hello@elnaandavil-living.com to change your delivery details. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to change details. We suggest reaching out to the delivery provider to try and update your details.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Delivery timeframes vary based on the delivery partner. Please refer to your dispatch confirmation for estimated delivery times. Elna & Avil is not responsible for any delays in delivery from the delivery partner.
  • Do you offer click and collect?

  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
  • Where are your products made?
    Our products are handmade by our team in Sydney. All supplies are thoughtfully sourced from global suppliers with quality working conditions.
  • Do you offer samples?
    We know how hard it can be to find the perfect cushion online. Please reach out to the team at hello@elnaandavil-living.com to organise fabric swatches.
  • Do your cushion covers come with an insert?
    We currently sell our cushion covers without an insert. If you are looking for inserts, we recommend using duck feather inserts to achieve a fuller more fluffy look.
